Welcome to our cozy, standalone one-story retreat, perfect for couples, small families, or friends seeking peace in nature. The house features one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. Located on a fully fenced plot shared with two other single-family homes. Surrounded by nature, the home provides a tranquil setting with scenic hiking and cycling trails nearby. Please note that insects may occasionally appear indoors, especially during warmer months. Pets are very welcome, and a secure private parking space is available directly on the property. The sea is just steps away, and you can enjoy beautiful views from the conservatory and garden — ideal for morning coffee or a quiet evening.

The Adriatic coast is just steps away, offering easy access to beaches, walking trails, and cycling routes. Umag, with its historic old town, restaurants, and shops, is only about 10 minutes away by car. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or adventure, this location offers the perfect balance of both.
