Welcome to our cozy holiday house „Casa Ana 2“ featuring a bedroom at the first floor and an additional sofa bed in the living area on the ground floor, both facing the sea. The property sits on a fully fenced plot. There are two other holiday homes on the property. The garden of Casa Ana 2 is separated, so there is good privacy. However, the entrance area of the property, where the parking spaces are located, is accessible to everyone when walking from the car to the entrance of the house. We’re pet-friendly! As the house is located in a natural setting, please be aware that occasional insects may enter, especially during warmer months. You’ll have access to a secure private parking space right at the property, and the sea is just a few steps away. We love pets — your furry friends are very welcome!

First Floor: Bedroom, Bathroom with Toilet, Terrace. Ground Floor: Foyer, Second Toilet, Living room, Kitchen, Little storage room with washing machine and fridge inside. The house is not barrier-free due to stairs. It may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Outside: Garden, Terrace, Private parking space for 1 car on the property. Our guests have a direct path to the stairway leading to the sea.

The address is Laura Istok 10, 52475 Crveni Vrh, Croatia, nestled in the beautiful region of Istria. This area is known for its stunning sea views, quiet surroundings, and proximity to nature. The Adriatic coast is just steps away, offering easy access to beaches, walking trails, and cycling routes. Umag, with its historic old town, restaurants, and shops, is only about 10 minutes away by car. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or adventure, this location offers the perfect balance of both.
